Sparkling white wine obtained from Glera grapes and fermented in tanks with the Charmat method. Its colour is a lively, straw yellow with some greenish highlights, with fine, lingering perlage.
It’s bouquet is pleasantly fruity. Sparkling wine full and elegant, with an inspiring freshness that exalts the aromaticity. It’s particularly appreciated as aperitif, with fish dishes and delicate risotto dishes.
